What is Darak
Darak is a property aggregator that displays rental and sale listings from multiple real estate platforms in Saudi Arabia. We do not create listings ourselves — we link you directly to the original source.
Data we collect
Darak does not require account registration and does not collect personal data. We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, privacy-friendly usage data (page views, referrers, device type, and approximate geolocation). No users are tracked across sites and no advertising cookies are used. Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months.
Cookies
We use cookies only to save your preferences (language and currency). We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
Property data
Property listing data displayed on Darak is publicly available from external real estate platforms. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of this data.
MCP service
Darak's MCP server provides read-only access to publicly available property data. It requires no authentication and does not collect user data. Anonymous usage metrics (tool name, city, error status) are collected via PostHog for service monitoring. No personally identifiable information is sent.
Translation services
We use Google Translate to translate property descriptions on demand. Texts sent for translation are publicly available property descriptions only.
