Darak is a property aggregator that displays rental and sale listings from multiple real estate platforms in Saudi Arabia. We do not own or manage any properties — we only aggregate publicly listed ads.
Data we collect
You can browse without an account. If you create one, we store only your email address. We use analytics (PostHog) to understand how visitors use the site.
Cookies
We use cookies to save your preferences (such as language and currency) and for analytics. You can disable them in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all your data via the contact page or by email. We will delete your data within 30 days.
Property data
Property listing data displayed on Darak comes from third-party real estate platforms. We do not verify its accuracy or availability. Prices and details may change at any time.
MCP service
Darak's MCP server allows AI assistants to query rental data through structured tools. No user data is shared with MCP clients.
Translation services
We use Google Translate to provide a multilingual interface. Only UI text (not your personal data) is sent to Google's servers for translation.
