What is Darak
Darak is a property aggregator that displays rental and sale listings from multiple real estate platforms in Saudi Arabia. Darak is not a broker or agent. We do not create, verify, or endorse any listing. We link you to the original source.
Accounts
Creating an account is optional. You can browse without one. An account lets you save listings, receive price drop alerts, and get a weekly digest. We use Google OAuth or email magic link for authentication. You are responsible for your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. To delete your account, contact us at [email protected].
Your data
See our Privacy Policy for full details. In short: we collect your email and name for authentication, store your saved listings and browsing history in our database, and use PostHog for anonymous analytics.
Email communications
You may receive: verification emails for sign-in, price drop alerts for saved listings, and a weekly digest of best deals. You can unsubscribe from digest and alert emails at any time. Authentication emails (sign-in links) cannot be unsubscribed because they are necessary for your account to function.
Listing data
All listing data comes from third-party real estate platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy of prices, availability, or any other information. Listings may be outdated, incorrect, or no longer available. Always verify directly with the landlord or agent before making any decisions.
MCP/API access
Darak's MCP server provides read-only access to publicly available property data. We make no guarantees about uptime or data freshness. We may rate-limit or revoke access at any time.
Limitation of liability
Darak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the data displayed. We are not responsible for listing content from third-party platforms. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Darak after an update means you accept the new terms.
