About Darak
Darak is a rental and sale listings aggregator for Saudi Arabia. We pull property data from 13 sources into one search, so you don't have to open five apps to find a flat.
Darak covers 244,381 active listings across 5 cities and 716 neighborhoods. Filter by price, bedrooms, neighborhood and more in Arabic or English, see everything on a map, and click through to the original ad.
Where the listings come from
Every listing on Darak points back to its original source. We don't host properties or accept payments. The 13 platforms we cover:
- Aqar, largest Saudi property classifieds platform
- Bayut Saudi
- PropertyFinder Saudi
- Wasalt
- Haraj
- Sakan
- Sakani, government housing platform
- Almajdiah
- Azure
- Flow
- RightCompound
- CompoundIn
- Asas Makeen
Each source gets normalized into the same schema, so one set of filters works across all of them. Scrapers run a few times a day, and every listing shows when the source last updated it.
How duplicates get merged
The same property can show up on three or four sites at once, each with different prices or photos. We compare each listing's photos, coordinates, price and size across sources, then group near-duplicates so you see one card per property with the alternate sources folded inside.
Market data
Alongside the listings, Darak shows neighborhood-level context: median rent by bedroom count, price distribution charts, rental yields for sale listings, and price history when a listing has been online long enough. The goal is to help you tell a fair price from an overpriced one before you contact anyone.

FAQs
- Is Darak free?
- Yes. No payment, no ads, no hidden plans. A free account (Google or email link) unlocks advertiser contact details and price-drop alerts.
- Where does the data come from?
- Thirteen public Saudi real estate platforms. Each listing links back to its source; we don't publish properties of our own.
- How fresh is the data?
- Scrapers run a few times a day. Each card shows when the source last updated it.
- Do you verify listings?
- No. Verification stays with the original platform. We do filter out listings with no price, no photos, or a price outside the sensible range for the neighborhood.
- How do I contact the landlord or agent?
- Sign in to see the advertiser's phone and WhatsApp on the listing page, or click through to the original source. Either way, you talk to the advertiser directly.
