Darak is a property aggregator that displays rental and sale listings from multiple Saudi platforms. We do not own or manage any property, nor are we a licensed broker.
Accounts
Creating an account is optional. We store only your email address and you can delete your account at any time via the contact page.

Email communications
You may receive: verification emails when signing in, saved search alerts (if enabled), and a weekly digest (if subscribed). You can unsubscribe from any email.
Listing data
All listing data comes from third-party real estate platforms. We do not verify accuracy, availability, or legitimacy. Prices may be outdated.
MCP/API access
Darak's MCP server provides AI assistants with structured rental data query tools. Usage is subject to the same limitations of liability.
Limitation of liability
Darak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for rental or purchase decisions based on displayed data.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
